This
paddle is a “cosmetic second”, meaning it is 100% structurally
sound but has minor cosmetic imperfections. All components, including the
shaft, blade, and grip, meet our high-quality standards for durability and
performance. Common cosmetic blemishes may include slight scratches, minor
resin bubbles, wood grain inconsistencies, non-standard blade or grip layup,
bleeding of the Rockgard® edge protectant, or slight misalignment of graphics.
These imperfections are purely visual and do not affect the paddle’s strength,
performance, or longevity.
Cosmetic Second FAQs
Before You Buy: As this paddle is a Cosmetic
Second and reduced in price, Bending Branches will not provide
photo samples or pre-purchase information on the appearance of the paddle. In
the event of an incorrect size purchase, Bending Branches will accept returns
within 30 days of purchase if the paddle is unused and void of wear. Customer
is responsible for shipping the paddle back to Bending Branches. Like all
Bending Branches paddles, this paddle comes backed with a two-year warranty
against manufacturing defects. Note – returns or
refunds due to personal preference on “imperfections” will not be
honored.
